This week has been somewhat mundane as I am trying to squeeze in some studying during any ounce of spare time I have. Been making junctional tachycardias my B.
So meals have been QUICK! Smoothies + Salads.
I need my salad to have some sort of crunch so I made these croutons with just whole wheat bread, chopped it up and tossed the cubes in olive oil + salt + pepper and baked at 350 for 15 minutes.
We celebrated my grandma’s birthday last night and K was so fired up afterwards that he didn’t go to bed until 10 pm.
He is currently taking a 3 HOUR NAP. Ha I’m hopping on here because I have been studying for SO long and I need a break!!
We went to the playground in the late afternoon and K was real upset when we had to leave. He could have swung all night.
