It was a good day.
We are taking advantage of daylight savings to shift K’s sleep schedule an hour so he will wake up a bit later for us. I was okay with getting up at 6am everyday but now that I have to get up at 5am the days I work, 7am is looking a little sweeter. So far so good!
I had eggs and toast for breakfast today. With a lake of ketchup that went mostly uneaten. Does anyone else overestimate the amount of ketchup they need?? It is EVERY TIME for me. You think I would learn…
I did my first workout at the new gym today!!! No pictures because I was awkward enough being in a new gym for the first time. I did a 2 mile run followed by some abs and arms. I realized I need to go to the gym with a plan or else I just kind of do random things. But the gym was great so I am happy I joined. We also took a walk after K napped since it was so so nice out. Extra active today!
I made an ugly but delicious smoothie for lunch.
In the mix: 1 banana, 4 strawberries, 1 scoop of peanut butter chocolate protein, a handful of spinach, and 1/2 cup of milk.
Now pouring some wine and settling down to watch The Bachelor. SO ridiculous but SO GOOD. Gimme all the drama.
